LeadSite.AI is now Sirfus

Stop hunting leads.Be the answer.

LeadSite.AI found people who might buy and wrote them an email. Sirfus brings you the person who already asked. Someone types "roof leak, Tampa". The engine checks that you are real, active and reachable. You get the job by text.

The ask is the lead. Nothing to hunt, nothing to send.

Two minutes by phone, English or Spanish, no website needed. Or watch one ask travel through the engine.

How it works

How a job reaches you.

  1. Listen01

Someone says what they need and where: on sirfus.com, in a partner widget, by text, or through an AI assistant. The engine picks one of 114 categories and fixes the place.

  2. Check02

Before any job is sent, the business that will get it has been checked three ways: real (a live site or an operating listing), active (recent reviews or recent work), reachable (a phone or an email that verifies).

  3. Text03

The job offer arrives as a text with a short code. The first verified pro to reply YES and the code takes it. Only that pro gets the customer.

  4. Confirm04

A few days later the customer is asked if it got done. That yes is the only moment a fee happens. The first 3 confirmed jobs are free.

The engine is NEXUS OS, built by AI Lead Strategies LLC with Claude by Anthropic; business fit is judged with Jev by TypeSafe, the open web is searched with Firecrawl, texts go through Twilio, every email is checked with ZeroBounce, and a fee is charged through Stripe only on a confirmed job. Names describe compatibility, not endorsement.

The deal

Free to list. Pay only when it is done.

  • Listing is free. The first 3 confirmed jobs are free.

  • Then a flat fee per job, by category, shown on your page before you take a job.

  • Charged only when the customer confirms the job is done. Nothing for leads that went nowhere.

  • One job, one pro. No bidding. No pay-to-rank. No directory.

  • Card on file through Stripe, receipts on your page. Pause or quit by text, any time.

Where it already works

114 categories in 15 groups: trades, professionals, creatives, shops. City pages for 13 home-service trades across 432 metros in all 50 states and DC. Requests from any US location are taken on the main form.

Questions

Plain answers.

What happened to LeadSite.AI?
LeadSite.AI was the lead-discovery area of NEXUS OS, the engine built by AI Lead Strategies LLC from 2024 to 2026. In October 2026 the engine was pointed at the moment a person asks for a local service and called Sirfus. leadsite.ai now brings you here; listing lives at sirfus.com/pro. Existing NEXUS OS customers keep their plan and log in at aileadstrategies.com.
How is a Sirfus request different from a lead?
A lead is a guess about who might buy. A Sirfus request is a person who said what they need, where, and agreed to be contacted by one matched pro. The engine routes it to one verified pro, and the customer confirms afterwards whether the job got done.
What does it cost?
Listing is free. The first 3 confirmed jobs are free. After that a pro pays a flat fee per job, by category, shown on the pro's own Sirfus page, charged only when the customer confirms the job was completed. Nothing for leads that did not become jobs. No bidding, no pay-to-rank. Homeowners never pay.
